Niedersfeld lies in a wide basin at the foot of the highest mountain in Sauerland, the Langenberg. The Hillesee, a reservoir with a child-friendly beach, is ideal for swimming, surfing and fishing in. Also, the nature reserve "Neuer Hagen", the largest high heathland in Germany, is a popular day-trip and hiking destination at all times of the year, due to its impressive fauna and flora.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
